Maculata Place is a state-of-the-art community home, boasting 120 bedrooms across two-storeys to provide residential care for the elderly Of Shepparton and the Goulburn Valley. With a project cost of $34 million, Hargreaves was involved in the build for 10 months.

With the entire grand joinery package being provided, there’s not an inch of the establishment that doesn’t have our fingerprints on it. From reception, administration, utilities, residential accomodation, nurses stations, stores, dining rooms, lounges, right through to the hairdressing salon.

Our team at Hargreaves were, and are still, so honoured to have been part of a project that will continue to give a bit of luxury to those in our community who deserve it most. Seeing residents and their families enjoying the cafe and home style kitchens, and feeling so at home in the facility has positioned this as one of our most rewarding outcomes.
